How to write a custom gift-box RFQ to a Longgang converter
A usable RFQ names inner size, structure, board, print/finish map, quantity, and destination. A catalog photo is not a SKU.
Fields that let the plant quote
Wenzhou Taishan Printing Co., Ltd. quotes custom converting, not a warehouse SKU list. Write inner L×W×H, whether that size is inner or outer, box family, core, wrap or SBS, print and finish, insert, quantity band, and ship-to market.
Portfolio photos on this site are structure references. If you only have a retail photo, say so. We will propose a close structure, not clone unknown tooling.
- Structure first: folding rigid, book-style, lid-and-base, drawer, carton, corrugated, tube, or PVC.
- Core second: grey board 1.5–3 mm, MDF 1.5–7 mm, SBS caliper, flute, or PVC gauge.
- Finish third: CMYK, spot, foil, UV, gloss/matte lamination.
- Documents fourth: FSC if needed, food-contact if needed — request current scans, do not paste catalog marks as a contract.
What we will not guess
Inner versus outer, magnet versus ribbon, and whether an insert exists. Missing fields delay the quote more than a hard price target.
