Lid-and-base fit: snug, loose, and two-tone lids
Heaven-and-earth boxes fail in the buyer’s hand when the lid fights the base. Two-tone, lined, plain, and flocked wraps do not change that geometry.
Say how it should feel
Snug, finger-loose, or extra-loose for tissue. A photo of a closed box does not encode friction.
Two-tone lids
If lid wrap and base wrap differ, send both mill sheets. Registration of the join is a converting note, not a CMYK surprise.
MDF lid-and-base
1.5–7 mm MDF cores change lid weight. A grey-board snug fit will not translate. Sample the core you will buy.
Catalog ranges only. Confirm on sample, board lot, and destination spec. Certificate numbers are not invented here — request current scans on the RFQ.
