Domestic pharma and food packaging as reference — not a certificate dump
The catalog cites pharmaceutical and food packaging programs plus FSC and a printing license. Ask for the current scan. Treat portfolio photos as structure references — not a migration test and not a license you can transfer onto an export SKU.
What the catalog actually says
The listing describes coverage of multiple countries and regions, in-house Heidelberg / CTP / converting, and domestic reference work in pharmaceutical and food packaging. That is a manufacturer description. It is not a table of country sales figures, and this article will not invent one. Read it as plant capability and reference categories, then put this SKU’s millimetres and destination on the RFQ.
Wenzhou Taishan Printing Co., Ltd. (温州泰山印业有限公司) converts at No. 187–239 Cendong Road, Longgang, Wenzhou, Zhejiang 325802. Founded in 2000, the plant prints cartons, tubes, wrap sheets, and related structures. Portfolio shots of a medicine carton or a food sleeve show a structure and a print path, not a transferable marketing authorisation. A folding-card box, a paper tube, or a PVC display in that portfolio still needs its own dieline for your lot.
Domestic reference is not a license transfer
A photo of a domestic pharma carton is useful when you need a similar flute of board, a similar window, or a similar tuck. It is not a licence you can move onto an EU or ASEAN SKU. The artwork owner still owns the regulatory pack: warnings, language, and any code that must appear on that market’s panel.
Food packaging in the catalog is the same class of reference. A gift box around chocolate is often secondary pack. A carton that claims food contact is a different job. Write which one you are buying. Do not copy a catalog adjective onto the PO.
- Structure and print path: yes, as a reference.
- Certificate numbers from a brochure: no.
- Destination labelling: supplied by the artwork owner.
We print cartons; we are not the drug MAH
A pharma carton RFQ still needs the artwork owner’s regulatory pack. We convert to the dieline we are given. We do not invent a nutrition panel, a drug facts panel, or a serialization scheme so the quote looks complete.
If the lot is a supplement tube or a face-mask carton, the same rule holds: we print what the file contains. Market-specific marks belong in that file. Name the destination country so the conversation is about that pack, not about a generic “export carton.”
PVC display boxes and window cartons in a pharmacy or grocery set are still converting jobs. Hang-tabs, film type, and gauge are RFQ lines. They are not implied by a domestic portfolio photo of a different structure.
FSC and license marks still need current scans
The catalog shows FSC, a quality system, high-tech enterprise, and a printing license. Those marks are not contract numbers. If the PO needs a claim, request the current scan with this RFQ. Do not paste catalog certificate art into the contract.
Certificate numbers and food-contact declarations change. Put the claim on the RFQ: FSC if needed, migration or contact documents if the pack touches food, destination labelling if the artwork requires it. Silence is not a default to any of those claims.
Export coverage without invented country stats
Coverage of multiple countries and regions means the plant ships export cartons; it does not mean this page will list a ranking of markets. Name the country that will receive the lot. Packing, language, and claims follow that name.
Spanish-speaking buyers can use the /es locale on taishanprint.com. The millimetres, the dieline, and the regulatory file still have to be sent. A mood board in one language does not generate a legal panel in another.
What buyers should still request
Ask for the documents you actually need for the destination — not a dump of every badge on the catalog page. Current scans beat a collage. If a document is not required, do not invent a number so the folder looks thicker.
Contact the plant through taishanprint.com, [email protected], or WhatsApp +86 138 6598 7984. Send structure, quantity band, destination, and which claims must sit on this SKU. That is how a converter quotes a carton instead of quoting a photograph.
What this article will not invent
We will not invent HS codes as official advice, import duty, certificate numbers, or a warehouse in a destination country. We will not treat domestic pharma or food work as a licence you can transfer.
The honest read of the listing is: Longgang converter, in-house print and post-press, catalog marks that must be re-verified per claim, and reference programs that inform structure. Use that read on the RFQ. Do not use this page as a certificate annex.
Put this on the RFQ
Catalog ranges only. Confirm on sample. Do not invent certificate numbers or a stock SKU from a photo.
- Domestic pharma/food photos are structure references, not a license transfer.
- Ask for the documents you actually need for the destination.
- Do not paste catalog certificate art into a contract.
Catalog ranges only. Confirm on sample, board lot, and destination spec. Certificate numbers are not invented here — request current scans on the RFQ.
